A groundbreaking corn kernel production line, embodying innovation and high efficiency, has been successfully inaugurated by ZLPH. As a turnkey project, it offers customers a comprehensive one-stop solution covering the entire process from corn husking to finished product packaging, significantly propelling the food processing industry towards greater intelligence and automation.
During the design and construction of the production line, our customer-centric approach is complemented by the integration of cutting-edge international standards. We meticulously consider customer-provided information regarding production scale, corn raw material characteristics, and target product specifications. The production line features a seamlessly integrated process that encompasses key stages such as corn husking, washing and blanching, threshing, primary screening, secondary washing and blanching, cooling and dewatering, color sorting, quick freezing, canning/packaging, sterilization, and final packaging. Among these, the ZLPH 1500*5250 water-spray autoclave plays a pivotal role in the sterilization process. This autoclave utilizes a unique spray sterilization process, uniformly spraying hot water or sterilizing liquid onto the surface of bagged or cup-packed corn kernels. The spray pressure, angle, and time can be flexibly adjusted to ensure thorough sterilization of all parts of the corn kernels. Its innovative design ensures that the sterilization process water does not come into direct contact with the cooling water, preventing secondary product contamination. Without the need for water treatment chemicals, a small amount of process water can complete the entire cycle of heating, sterilization, and cooling, saving 15% of steam. Furthermore, the equipment can linearly control temperature and pressure, maintaining equilibrium between internal and external tank pressures. This ensures stable sterilization results while safeguarding product packaging integrity. The hot water storage tank at the top, equipped with a heating function, preheats the water, guaranteeing continuous equipment operation and strengthening product quality assurance.
In terms of equipment selection, the entire production line is equipped with high-quality equipment from renowned brands. Devices such as air-blowing huskers, washing and blanching equipment, and air-blowing threshers are renowned for their high efficiency, stability, and environmental friendliness. For example, the JWBT 10000 model air-blowing corn husker can process 10,000 - 12,000 corn cobs per hour, while the YT SXM-128 color sorter has a processing capacity of 2 - 3 tons of corn kernels per hour with an identification accuracy of over 99.9%. These devices work in harmony to achieve fully automated production from raw materials to finished products, greatly reducing manual intervention and significantly enhancing production accuracy and consistency.
